Desserts, plates, napkins and utensils are available upon request. Charges will apply based on cost to purchase. $60.00 PER HOUR FOR LABOR in addition to menu items. 10% discount for parties of 150 people or more. Sales tax applied to total of bill after discount. A 20% SERVICE FEE WILL BE ADDED TO ALL COSTS FOR ON SITE AND DELIVERY FEES.
